WELCOME TO TINA LOGAN YOGA

 

WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES
 

Whether you want to build strength, feel more supple and free in your body, slow down, or reconnect with your breath – there’s something for you every week 🌿
 

MONDAY

6:45–7:45am (Online – £8)

Vinyasa Flow. A breath-led, energising class to start your day.

10am – 11am (In-person - £10)

Yoga for Healthy Ageing. A gentle class designed especially for older adults who want to look after their bodies and feel better in everyday life.
 

2pm -3pm (In-person – £10)

Vinyasa Flow @ Lesser Hall, Aberfeldy. Ideal for those with some yoga experience.

6:30pm-7.30pm  (In-person – £10)

Hatha Yoga @ Lesser Hall, Aberfeldy. Perfect for beginners, returners, or those working with physical limitations.

TUESDAYS

8pm-9pm (Online- £8)

Yin Yoga. Suitable for all. You will require a bolster or cushion, strap, 2 blocks and a blanket for comfort and support.

THURSDAY

7pm-8.15pm  (In-person- £10)

Mid-Atholl Hall, Ballinluig. Vinyasa Flow to Restorative Yoga – Begin with gentle flowing movement to release tension, followed by deeply restful poses to relax the nervous system. A beautiful blend for body and mind. 

SATURDAY

10:00am-11.15am (drop-in- £10)

Aberfeldy Putting Green in Summer and Aberfeldy Town Hall in Winter. Vinyasa Flow. A refreshing start to the weekend with an open invitation to join us for coffee afterwards in The Cow and Parrot Café.

SUNDAY

10:30am- 1:00pm Morning Bliss £35 (a collaboration with WildEmber Bothy Sauna)

Slow down with a 75-minute Yin Yoga class in a heated bell tent, before unwinding in the  Sauna for an hour with optional dip in Loch Tay and finish with herbal tea and nutritious energy balls. (only 8 spaces available)


WEEKLY RECORDED CLASS – £8

Prefer to practice at your own pace, in your own time? I can send you a recorded class each week to enjoy from the comfort of home.

 


Explanation of Yoga Styles:

Vinyasa is a dynamic and flowing style of yoga that links movement with breath. It helps build strength, flexibility, and focus while leaving you feeling uplifted.
 

Hatha yoga focuses on slower-paced movement, mindful breathwork, and foundational postures. It’s a great introduction to yoga or a grounding practice for anyone.
 

Restorative yoga uses props to support the body in longer-held, gentle poses that promote deep relaxation and stress relief. It’s the perfect antidote to a busy life.

Yin yoga is a quiet, grounding practice that uses long-held poses to nourish the connective tissues, gently release tension in the body and calm the mind.
